Each year, Rutgers supervisors conduct performance evaluations for employees in program-eligible Legacy Rutgers Managerial, Professional, Supervisory and Confidential (MPSC) titles and Senior Administrators, and those in Legacy UMDNJ non-aligned staff and Faculty Administrator positions.

In order to assist these supervisors, University Human Resources provides tools and information to deans and managers to to engage in a thoughtful dialogue with their employees about the year’s performance and accomplishments, and to define goals and objectives for the coming performance year.
