The 2016-2017 Pay-for-Performance (P4P) Program for eligible non-aligned staff has been approved. P4P provides managers with the opportunity to recognize staff members who have contributed in the previous performance cycle to the ongoing success of the University.

Compensation for this year’s Program consists of a salary increase pool based on the aggregate of 2.0 percent of eligible non-aligned employee salaries as of June 30, 2016. The merit increase effective date will be retroactive to July 1, 2016, and reflected in the paycheck of May 5, 2017. Employees in Program-eligible titles who meet eligibility criteria include staff in Legacy Rutgers Managerial, Professional, Supervisory and Confidential (MPSC) titles and Senior Administrators, and those in Legacy UMDNJ non-aligned staff and Faculty Administrator positions.
