Re: IMPORTANT INFORMATION Regarding RBHS Benefits Staff New Office Locations

As part of the continued integration between Rutgers University and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey which began on July 1, 2013, we are pleased to announce several office moves within the Human Resources organization. These office moves represent continued progress toward the consolidation and integration of HR operations and services across the entire university.

To that end, please be advised that the Benefits Administration staff members who were previously assigned to the Administrative Complex (ADMC) Building 8 in Newark and Liberty Plaza in New Brunswick have been relocated as follows:

  • The Benefits Administration staff members previously reporting to ADMC 8 in Newark have moved to a refurbished office space in Administrative Complex (ADMC) 1, Suite 101/103. Employees may continue to contact benefits staff members via the current office phone number at (973) 972-5314 and the office fax at (973) 972-8754.   • The Benefits Administration staff members previously reporting to Liberty Plaza in New Brunswick have moved to the UHR offices in Administrative Services Building (ASB) II. Employees may visit the Benefits Service Desk in ASB II, or may contact a benefits representative via phone at (848) 932-3990, or via fax at (732) 932-6208.
